Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: June 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of products and services by Crusade Part Solutions Ltd ("Crusade Part Solutions", "we", "us", "our") to customers purchasing goods or sourcing services through our website, by telephone, email, or any other communication channel.

By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

Crusade Part Solutions Ltd is a UK-based automotive parts sourcing and supply specialist, providing access to genuine, OEM, aftermarket, reconditioned, recycled, obsolete, and hard-to-find vehicle parts.

We supply automotive businesses, including but not limited to bodyshops, insurance repairers, fleets, garages, vehicle preparation centres, and independent repairers, as well as private consumers where applicable.

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to product availability, supplier confirmation, and acceptance by Crusade Part Solutions.

An order shall only be deemed accepted once we have issued an order confirmation or supplied the goods.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or amend any order where:

  • Product availability changes;
  • Pricing errors occur;
  • Supplier information proves inaccurate;
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched or released unless a credit account has been agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or specification errors before accepting an order.

4. Product Sourcing Service

Crusade Part Solutions specialises in sourcing difficult-to-obtain vehicle parts from UK and international supply channels.

Where a requested product is unavailable, we may recommend a suitable alternative that meets the required specification, quality, and application requirements.

Whilst every effort is made to source requested products, we cannot guarantee availability of obsolete, discontinued, or highly restricted items.

5. Vehicle Application Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details including registration number, VIN/chassis number, engine code, and any other information requested.

Whilst we make reasonable efforts to verify compatibility, the customer remains responsible for confirming that supplied parts are suitable before installation.

Crusade Part Solutions shall not be liable for costs arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

6. Delivery and Collection

6.1 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

We shall not be liable for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, customs clearance, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.2 Collection

Collection is not normally possible. Where collection is arranged, customers must collect goods from the agreed location and may be required to provide proof of purchase and identification.

6.3 Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

Ownership of the goods remains with Crusade Part Solutions until full payment has been received.

7. Returns and Cancellations

7.1 Consumer Customers

Where applicable, consumers have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Notification of cancellation must be provided within 14 days of receiving the goods.

7.2 Business Customers

Unless goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly, returns from business customers are accepted solely at our discretion, within 30 days of goods supplied unless otherwise pre-sated and may be subject to supplier approval and restocking charges.

7.3 Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled;
  • Remain in original packaging;
  • Be complete and in resaleable condition;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Special-order, non-stock, electrical, programmed, painted, modified, or bespoke items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

8. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and notify us, within 24 hours or receiving goods, of any shortage, damage, defect, or discrepancy.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, incorrectly supplied, or not of satisfactory quality, a replacement or refund will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. We will not be liable for any labour costs incurred by you at any time.

Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Exchange Units and Surcharges

Certain products are supplied subject to a refundable exchange surcharge.

The surcharge will be refunded once the original unit is returned within the specified period and meets the supplier's exchange criteria.

Returned units must be complete, serviceable, and free from damage caused during removal or handling. Where applicable returned units must be drained of fluids.

We reserve the right to reduce or refuse surcharge refunds where exchange conditions are not met.

10. Product Images and Specifications

Images, descriptions, and technical information displayed on our website are provided for guidance only.

Actual products may differ in appearance, packaging, branding, or country of origin while remaining fully compatible with the intended application.

Product specifications may be amended by manufacturers without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crusade Part Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits;
  • Loss of business;
  • Loss of contracts;
  • Loss of goodwill;
  • Loss of revenue;
  • Vehicle downtime;
  • Recovery, hire, or consequential costs arising from delayed or unavailable parts.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
